2. The Qualification requirements and basis for evaluation (evaluation criteria) are:

(i)     General experience (40 points)

-          Have been in operation for at least five years with the main part of its business being the development of information systems. 

-          Experience in conducting projects of similar size and complexity proven by at least two projects (contracts) with the development phase finalized in the last three years.

(ii)  Specific experience (60 points)

-          Proven experience in development of web applications (at least two project in last three years).

-          Appropriate personnel with experience in development of information systems as it is prescribed in NFR 60.

-          Experience in the development of e-admission systems would be an asset.

-          Experience in integration with governmental platform services would be an asset.
