The Qualification requirements and basis for evaluation (evaluation criteria) are:

General experience (40 points)
Have been in operation for at least five years with the main part of its business being the development of website.
Relevant experience in developing websites for public institutions or similar organizations.
Experience in conducting projects of similar size and complexity proven by at least three projects (contracts) with the development phase finalized in the last three years, for governmental, educational, or public institutions will be an asset.
Specific experience (60 points)
Proven technical expertise in using modern technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, databases such as MySQL, etc.).
Knowledge of implementing content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
Capability to ensure website security, including measures against cyberattacks (SSL, protection against DDoS, etc.).
Experience in integration with governmental platform services would be an asset.
Appropriate personnel with experience in development of web pages.
